Terms of service

These terms apply when you purchase or use a Nudge Invoicing fixed-scope async workflow service. Nudge Invoicing is operated as an async service reached at hello@nudgeinvoicing.com.

What Nudge provides

Nudge provides administrative workflow cleanup for bookkeeping firms, focused on how your team requests, tracks, and follows up on missing client documents. Current fixed-scope offers include the $250 Async Workflow Diagnostic and the $500 Async Workflow Cleanup Pack.

Async-only service

Nudge works by written intake and email. No sales calls, owner calls, or live consulting sessions are included unless a future offer explicitly says otherwise.

What not to send

Do not send client names, bank statements, receipts, tax records, payroll records, credentials, QuickBooks/Xero access, portal exports, card data, or confidential client files. Nudge may reject or delete sensitive material that falls outside the approved scope.

Not accounting, tax, legal, compliance, or security advice

Nudge provides workflow and administrative operations suggestions only. It does not provide accounting, tax, legal, compliance, security, collection, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing any workflow before using it with clients.

Fit and refusal

If an order is outside scope, unsafe, or requires prohibited information, Nudge may decline the work and refund the payment according to the refund policy.

Communication

Support and delivery happen by email at hello@nudgeinvoicing.com. Nudge does not contact your clients or customers.

Turnaround and missed-deadline refund

Delivery is due within three business days after Nudge receives complete, safe intake. If Nudge misses that deadline before sending the deliverable, Nudge provides an automatic full refund. Time waiting for a requested clarification does not count toward the three-business-day window.

Limitation

Nudge is a lightweight fixed-scope service, not a managed accounting provider. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
