Information you should not send
Do not send client names, bank statements, receipts, tax records, payroll records, credentials, accounting-system exports, or confidential client files.
How information is used
Nudge uses your information to process orders, evaluate fit, prepare fixed-scope deliverables, communicate by email, monitor payments, prevent abuse, and improve the public funnel.
Aggregate website analytics
Nudge uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregate page views, traffic sources, and basic device and browser patterns. Vercel Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies and is designed to provide aggregated statistics without tying activity to an identified person or IP address. Nudge does not send email addresses, intake answers, client information, or payment details to analytics.
Sharing
Nudge does not sell your contact information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Email and hosting providers may process operational data as needed to run the service.
Retention
Nudge keeps lightweight operational records needed for order fulfillment, support, payment reconciliation, and business records. You can request deletion of non-required contact/intake information by emailing support.
